Our B2B services are available to registered business entities only. By creating an account, you confirm that you are authorised to bind your organisation to these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Products & Pricing

All product descriptions, specifications, and prices are subject to change without notice. Quoted prices are valid for the period stated in the quotation. B2B pricing and minimum order quantities (MOQs) are confirmed at the time of order placement.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by Carina's Manufacturing Inc. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order. Payment terms are as agreed at account setup. Overdue accounts may result in order suspension.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on production, customs clearance, and logistics. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events.

5. Returns & Quality Claims

Quality claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Authorised returns require an RMA number. Custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable unless defective.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability
